Frequently Asked Questions

Question: How do I know if a ring is my size?

Answer: Easy. Rings are one size fits most. Flexibility and versatility are HUGE these days. Typically, rings are made at a standard 7 - 8 size, but each are adjustable up or down. This allows you to switch up which finger you want to decorate. Upon ordering, please DM me and I will happily adjust to your desired size prior to shipping. If you're unsure, it's easy to do at home as well. I can talk you through. Being able to do this at home also makes gift giving a breeze!

Question: Do you take commissions or make custom jewelry?

Answer: I am more than thrilled to do custom work (schedule permitting)! Feel free to DM me and we can discuss your vision. I am a crystal lover and have become attached to my rock babies. It is very understandable that a customer would like to have a creation made using a stone that they have a personal connection with.

Question: What kind of metal do you use? Will it stain my skin?

Answer: I currently use tarnish-free aluminum. I wear Anné Gando Blu designs daily and NEVER have issues with my skin turning green or blue.

Question: Can I wear my jewelry in water?

Answer: As many crystals and minerals are water soluble, we do not recommend wearing in water EVER. Although the aluminum is tarnish-free, I would refrain from testing it without cause. Some of the metal is coated in color and would hate for your piece to fade.

Question: Do you use adhesives or glue?

Answer: I do not! I refrain from using anything that could damage the mineral or stone. Each piece is carefully nestled and secured within the nest of wire.

Question: Do you have alternative selections for neck scarves?

Answer: Maybe! I mentioned that I source these from several vintage dealers. Once again, vintage finds are nearly one-of-a-kind too. I have what I have at the time you ask, but am more than happy to show you what I have available at that moment. I pair them based on my vision, but we can make it a collab!!
