Refund policy

All pieces are hand-made by an artist. Each item is unique and foremost considered art before jewelry. Being able to wear your art is a fun bonus. Because all pieces are shaped and formed by hand, rings are not perfect circles and you may notice small marks or inconsistencies. This is the nature of the artist's process and is considered a part of each piece.

Due to the delicate nature of the jewelry/crystals, we are unable accept returns. All pieces are final sale and non-refundable. 

Crystals are delicate and can break easily. Because of this, we urge you to wear with care! Wearing while in the shower, washing your hands, and swimming can damage your pieces. We have crafted these pieces to withstand some stress, however, testing this is ill advised. Being thoughtful will help in keeping your pieces looking exceptional. 

Unfortunately, crystals cannot be repaired so please be very careful! However, if your piece breaks (excluding the crystal/mineral), please reach out. We can repair for a small fee. We do want you to be happy!
